I manage a few cottages in Grayland and Sean Maben and his crew are incredibly responsive to help us out. So far this year they have re-graveled our road, come to do an emergency pump and repair on one of our septic lines, did a free evaluation on a waterline leak we were facing and repaired it, and just today came to flush out a another clogged septic line. Great service each time, the owner seems very involved in the business to ensure it's done right which is one of the things I like about working with them.

I needed a driveway installed, when Sean and Connor showed up for the estimate, we shook hands and within the next 5 minutes Connor had the equipment up and running and started working promptly. A day and half later, completed driveway. Excellent service, highly recommend them.

Sean truly has his clients best interests at heart. We hired him to clear out our vacant property and to complete all of the necessary work to put our manufactured home in. We needed someone to handle all of the day to day things and make the process hands off for us. Sean and his crew did an amazing job!
They cleared out and leveled the property, poured a concrete slab for the house to sit on and made the connection to city sewer. He also helped us with repairs that were not under his contract. Additionally Sean was instrumental with coordinating with the city for all required permits. He cares so much about his clients that he even checked on our house when we were not there. He went above and beyond what was expected.
In fact one year later he continues to help us with little things here and there. If you are looking to work with someone who will go above and beyond, Sean Maben is your guy.
